Project Manager (PM) – Supply Chain
The Project Manager provides end-to-end supply chain expertise and leadership within a Strategic Business Unit (SBU) to plan and execute comprehensive product change initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
- Provides functional expertise and broad business input within brand/category business teams
- Acts as the primary voice of all SC functions within the project team. Facilitates communication and coordination of SC functional activities outside of team meetings
- Develops and recommends an end-to-end supply chain execution strategy that delivers against short‐ and long‐term requirements of approved project objectives (i.e., start of ship, volume, total delivered cost, supply risk, etc.)
- Is accountable for the successful activation of projects through start of ship and technical transfer
- Provides leadership to ensure alignment between SBU and SC functional objectives
- Facilitates functional project reviews and communication plans to impacted supply chain sites and the greater Supply Chain organization
- Manages Supply Chain implementation of product change concepts
- Provides Supply Chain linkage and leadership on product changes to ensure appropriate speed to market
- Supports the Supply Chain feasibility process for chartered work
- Ensures best‑in‑class supply execution, start of production/start of ship for new projects / promotions
- Acts as project manager for some projects, as assigned and depending on size & scope
- Identifies / recommends cost‑savings opportunities for assigned products / SBU
- Collaborates with business team members to develop personal capability beyond functional SC expert into business partner within the team
- Builds partnerships across SC sub‑functions to deliver breakthrough results
- Works with Supply Chain Integration resources to synchronize project status and priorities across constrained resources
- Designs and executes best practice business processes to ensure effective and efficient use of Supply Chain Solutions resources
- Acts as a role model to ensure effective team dynamics in order to deliver business priorities and determine /engage required resources

Broad understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- B.S. degree in Engineering or related technical degree
- Business MBA (preferred)
