Senior Project Manager Strategic

The Project Manager (PM) provides end‑to‑end supply chain expertise and leadership within a Strategic Business Unit (SBU). The PM plans and executes comprehensive product change initiatives, working closely with the Supply Chain Organization (SC) and cross‑functional partners to ensure implementation supports both SBU and SC strategies.

• Provide functional expertise and business input within brand/category teams.
• Serve as the primary voice of all SC functions on the project team, facilitating communication and coordination of SC activities outside of meetings.
• Develop and recommend an end‑to‑end supply chain execution strategy that meets short‑ and long‑term project objectives (e.g., start‑of‑ship, volume, Total Delivered Cost, supply risk).
• Accountable for successful activation of projects through start‑of‑ship and technical transfer.
• Lead to ensure alignment between SBU and SC functional objectives.
• Facilitate functional project reviews and communication plans for impacted supply chain sites and the broader SC organization.
• Manage SC implementation of product change concepts.
• Provide SC linkage and leadership on product changes to ensure appropriate speed to market.
• Support SC feasibility process for chartered work.
• Ensure best‑in‑class supply execution and start‑of‑production/start‑of‑ship for new projects or promotions.
• Act as project manager for certain projects, as assigned and depending on size and scope.
• Identify and recommend cost‑saving opportunities for assigned products/SBU.
• Collaborate with business team members to develop personal capability beyond functional SC expertise into a business partner.
• Build partnerships across SC sub‑functions to deliver breakthrough results.
• Work with Supply Chain Integration resources to synchronize project status and priorities across constrained resources.
• Design and execute best‑practice business processes to ensure effective and efficient use of SC Solutions resources.
• Act as a role model to ensure effective team dynamics in order to deliver business priorities and engage required resources.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• B.S. degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Business MBA preferred.
