In this role, you will:
- Own and improve key supply chain KPIs such as instocks, on-time and in-full (OTIF), inventory health, and compliance metrics.
- Develop and execute strategies to deliver best‑in‑class customer service and operational performance.
- Identify root causes of performance gaps across the order‑to‑cash cycle.
- Design and implement scalable solutions that enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Planning, Logistics, Order Management, and Finance.
- Ensure alignment on priorities, forecasts, and execution plans to support business goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer supply chain operations.
- Ensure seamless flow of inventory and information across the joint Clorox–Walmart supply chain.
- Identify risks and opportunities to support supply and drive business growth.
- Partner with internal and customer teams on forecasting, promotions, and portfolio changes.
- Contribute to joint business planning with key stakeholders.
- Align supply chain strategies with broader commercial objectives.
- Drive initiatives that improve near‑term performance while building long‑term capabilities.
- Lead cross‑functional projects from concept through execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, preferably in consumer goods or retail.
- Strong track record of delivering results and improving KPIs.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to lead projects and influence cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with SAP, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience working with Walmart or knowledge of Walmart supply chain processes is a strong plus.

U.S. salary ranges (per zone):
- Zone A: $106,700 – $204,900
- Zone B: $97,800 – $187,900
- Zone C: $88,900 – $170,800
