Sales & Supply Chain Coordinator

Location: Alpharetta, GA (On-Site)
Pay: $45,000 - $60,000 annually, based on experience

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Supply Chain Coordinator to join our growing team in Alpharetta, GA. This role is ideal for candidates who have experience supporting both sales operations and supply chain/logistics functions and enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

The Sales & Supply Chain Coordinator serves as a critical link between customers, sales, transportation providers, warehouses, and internal operations teams. This position is responsible for order management, customer communication, inventory coordination, shipment tracking, and ensuring products are delivered accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities Sales Support
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding orders, product availability, delivery schedules, and order status updates.
  • Support the sales team with order entry, quote requests, customer inquiries, and account management activities.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through timely communication and exceptional service.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer requirements and expectations are met.
  • Assist with resolving customer concerns, shipment discrepancies, and delivery issues.
Supply Chain & Logistics
  • Coordinate shipments with transportation carriers and warehouses to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Track and monitor inbound and outbound shipments and proactively communicate status updates.
  • Process customer orders and maintain accurate shipment documentation.
  • Perform inventory reconciliations and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy across systems.
  • Monitor open orders and delivery commitments, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Update and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and ERP system records related to inventory, orders, and transportation activities.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain and logistics operations.
Qualifications Required
  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, logistics, supply chain, order management, or a related field.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, carriers, and internal teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred
  • Experience working within supply chain, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or transportation environments.
  • Experience with ERP systems and order management software.
