Returnable Crates Coordinator

Location:

Alpharetta, GA. This position is ONSITE in Alpharetta, GA and must be able to commute to Alpharetta.

Pay: $25/hr

Schedule:

Monday‑Friday 8am‑4:30pm

Roles and Responsibilities

The Returnable Crates Coordinator will facilitate, execute, and monitor all reverse logistics of empty returnable crate inventories from the US Powersports dealer network (1000+) to 7 national warehouses and from within the warehouse network to 2 consolidation centers for return to factories (domestic and export) for reuse in production.

Daily Tasks
  • Track and monitor delays of all shipments, provide updates on expected arrival dates, and coordinate and follow up on related activity until resolution.
  • Serve as back‑up to Transportation Coordinator for carrier scheduling and other related transportation operations as needed.
Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel
  • Experience in Transportation/Dispatching
