Are you ready to lead procurement strategy for a growing architectural products business? Trulite is looking for a strategic Supply Chain Manager to join our team!
The Supply Chain Manager will lead procurement operations for our Architectural Products division, overseeing a team of buyers who manage tactical purchasing across 30+ locations. This role will drive cost optimization initiatives and cultivate strategic supplier partnerships that support our continued growth.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of buyers responsible for day-to-day purchasing activities
- Establish clear performance metrics and accountability standards
- Build team capabilities through coaching, training, and succession planning
- Foster cross-functional collaboration across all locations
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for aluminum, hardware, various indirect categories, and related materials
- Lead supplier selection, evaluation, and onboarding processes
- Negotiate master agreements, pricing structures, and contract terms
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Drive standardization and consolidation of purchasing across locations
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key suppliers
- Conduct regular supplier performance reviews
- Manage supplier issues, escalations, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure supply continuity and develop contingency plans for critical materials
- Collaborate with suppliers on innovation, quality improvements, and cost reduction
- Develop and achieve annual cost savings targets
- Identify and execute cost reduction and avoidance opportunities
- Analyze total cost of ownership across the supply base
- Track, report, and validate savings initiatives
- Implement inventory management strategies to balance service levels with carrying costs
- Establish appropriate stock levels, reorder points, and safety stock parameters
- Reduce excess and obsolete inventory across all locations
- Collaborate with operations teams to improve demand planning and forecasting
- Monitor DIO (days inventory outstanding) and working capital metrics
- Optimize procurement processes for efficiency and compliance
- Leverage ERP and procurement systems to drive visibility and control
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure compliance with purchasing policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven insights
- Partner with operations, finance, quality, and sales teams
- Support new location openings and business expansion initiatives
- Provide supply chain expertise for strategic business decisions
- Communicate regularly with senior leadership on supply chain performance
SKILLS YOU BRING
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience within the Heavy Glass and/or Architectural Aluminum space as an estimator, project manager, or technical lead
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent negotiation and supplier relationship management abilities
- Analytical mindset with experience in cost savings and total cost of ownership analysis
- Familiarity with ERP and procurement systems
- Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
