Position Summary:As a Logistics Associate, you will be the backbone of our inventory pipeline. You will pick, pack, and ship medical products to healthcare providers in an accurate and timely manner. This role requires an eye for detail to safely transport, sort, and stock materials in designated areas of our stockroom, ensuring our patients and clients receive life-saving equipment without delay.
Key Responsibilities:- Efficiently pick, pack, ship, and process incoming and outgoing materials, devices, and products.
- Perform quality inspections on devices and shipments to ensure they meet healthcare standards.
- Sort, organize, and stock medical devices on racks, shelves, or bins according to inventory protocols; conduct regular physical inventory counts.
- Manage and document returned merchandise and prep items for recycling or restocking.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with company and safety guidelines.
- Prepare required shipping documentation, inventory reports, and daily correspondence as assigned.
- Familiarity with standard shipping, receiving, and warehouse inventory practices.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new inventory software.
- Acute attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality standards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to easily follow written and verbal instructions.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage changing priorities with enthusiasm.
- Proven ability to work reliably with minimal supervision and meet daily deadlines.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40–50 lbs regularly.
