About

The Role

The Mail Services Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily shipping, fulfillment, and logistics activities for internal business partners. This role ensures products, materials, and equipment are processed accurately, packaged appropriately, and shipped in accordance with company policies and carrier requirements. The position requires a strong attention to detail, commitment to safety, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

What

You Will Do Shipping & Fulfillment
  • Process, package, and ship products, materials, and equipment for internal teams and business partners.
  • Prepare shipments using approved shipping systems and carrier platforms.
  • Verify shipment accuracy, documentation, and tracking information prior to dispatch.
  • Ensure all shipments meet established service-level expectations and customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate shipping records and update tracking information as required.
Compliance & Safety
  • Complete all required training related to shipping, logistics, workplace safety, and operational procedures.
  • Maintain annual Dangerous Goods (DG) certification and comply with all applicable hazardous materials shipping regulations.
  • Follow established safety procedures and immediately report any safety concerns, incidents, or compliance issues.
  • Ensure shipments comply with company policies, carrier requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
Operational Support
  • Provide support for inventory management, supply organization, and operational readiness activities.
  • Assist with special projects, product launches, and high-volume shipping initiatives as needed.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and professional work environment.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of requests.
Customer Service
  • Deliver a positive customer experience through professional communication and timely service.
  • Respond to shipping-related inquiries and provide shipment status updates when requested.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve shipping issues and improve operational efficiency.
