This position leads the development and deployment of end-to-end BU supply chain strategy, driving implementation through projects & initiatives which enable execution excellence and deliver on business strategy & financial  this role, you will:
People Leadership:

Hire, train and develop Strategic Project Manager’s team.

Provides direct management support to optimize capacity and flexibility in delivery of business requirements; allocates resources across project work, clarifies roles and responsibilities, and removes barriers to execution.

Demonstrates Success@CLX behaviors within Supply Chain Services to ensure strong functional continuity across projects/efforts.

Strategic Supply Chain Development:
Lead strategic projects and initiatives that convert BU supply chain strategy into executable plans and measurable business impact.

Evaluate network, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and planning options to improve service, cost, responsiveness, and resilience.

Build fact based recommendations using financial, operational, risk, and customer impact inputs from cross functional partners.

Translate strategic choices into project charters, execution roadmaps, resourcing needs, decision points, and success measures.

Partner with Planning, Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, and business teams to align options and tradeoffs

Lead governance routines and executive ready updates that clarify decisions needed, risks, owners, next steps, and expected value.

Identify step change opportunities that improve supply performance, reduce complexity, enable growth, or strengthen supply assurance.

Margin Transformation:
Manage the BU cost savings program and pipeline while leading strategic margin improvement initiatives that support financial commitments.

Build, maintain, and communicate a cost savings pipeline with clear owners, assumptions, timing, confidence level, and sufficiency versus targets.

Partner with Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, and business teams to identify, size, prioritize, and advance savings opportunities.

Lead strategic cost savings projects from opportunity framing through execution, benefit validation, risk management, and handoff to owners.

Develop decision ready business cases that clarify value, investment, service impact, complexity, stakeholder needs, and implementation path.

Coordinate governance routines to review progress, remove barriers, confirm financial treatment, and align next actions across functions.

Use external benchmarks, internal performance data, and business priorities to identify additional margin expansion opportunities.

External Perspective:
Sense and explore external supply chain benchmarks, capabilities, trends, best practices, and competitive intelligence for incorporation into supply chain strategy and development initiatives.#LI-Hybrid What we look for:10 plus years of progressive supply chain management experience spanning more than one discipline (including Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics) with increasing responsibility and a demonstrated track record of success

Able to identify and develop strategic and tactical options to improve supply chain performance and capabilities.

Collaborate and influence others ranging from subordinates to peers or senior executives to accomplish team objectives.

Strong analytical skills with an ability to draw conclusions from complex data and information
