** Your role at Clorox:*
* The Associate Director, Network Flow - Upstream Planning, Outlook & Insights leads the upstream Network Flow capability by creating an integrated, multi-horizon view of product flow across the Logistics network, aligning business priorities with demand, supply, inventory, customer, deployment, fulfillment, transportation, capacity, and financial inputs into a single decision-ready outlook. This role proactively identifies risks and opportunities, assesses plan executability, develops scenarios, and recommends tradeoffs that optimize service, cost, inventory, throughput, capacity, and network stability while integrating cross-functional plans across IBP, Deployment, Customer Supply Chain, Fulfillment, Transportation, Manufacturing, Finance, and Network Optimization.

Success is measured by earlier risk identification, improved forward visibility, stronger decision-making, fewer late-stage plan changes, and the adoption of a unified Logistics outlook to support enterprise-wide decisions.

** In this role, you will:*
* ** Integrated Network Flow Outlook and Plan Optimization*
* · Build and maintain the integrated Logistics flow outlook across near-term, mid-range, and rolling long-range horizons.

· Bring together expected demand, supply, inventory, customer, deployment, warehouse, transportation, capacity, cost, and Business Unit inputs.

· Assess whether the resulting plan is executable and identify conflicts, gaps, assumptions, and decisions required.

· Drive network decisions through a weekly outlook covering 100% of priority flows, delivered 95% on time.

** Risk Sensing, Scenario Planning and Recommendations*
* · Identify emerging bottlenecks, network imbalances, capacity exposure, service risks, cost risks, and flow opportunities before execution is affected.

· Develop scenarios involving flow paths, timing, node loading, deployment sequencing, transportation alternatives, and capacity responses.

· Evaluate tradeoffs across service, cost, inventory, throughput, space, transportation capacity, and execution stability.

· Translate analysis into clear recommendations, assumptions, value at stake, and decision deadlines.

** Input Governance and Cross-Functional Planning Integration*
* · Define the decision-critical inputs, owners, definitions, refresh cadence, and quality expectations required for the flow outlook.

· Partner with IBP, Customer Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Deployment, Fulfillment, Transportation, Finance, Logistics Business Leaders, and Business Units to validate inputs and assumptions.

· Create clear interfaces and decision rights that preserve functional ownership while enabling total-network optimization.

· Escalate missing or conflicting inputs that prevent a reliable, executable outlook.

** Analytics, Digital Enablement and Continuous Improvement*
* · Establish requirements for dashboards, models, alerts, scenario tools, and automated insights that improve visibility and time to decision.

· Accelerate decision-making by automating priority data inputs, reducing manual effort 30% and achieving 95% completeness.

· Challenge data quality and model assumptions and translate analytical outputs into operationally relevant insights.

· Maintain a learning loop from plan versus actual performance to improve future outlooks and recommendations.
