Comfort Inn Alpharetta is currently looking to hire a Maintenance Technician.

RESPONSIBILITIES (Not Limited)

• Maintain the upkeep of the property.
• Maintaining Guest Room, Landscaping, Trash, etc.
• Repairs requiring: sheetrock repair, painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building maintenance.
• Perform all other duties as assigned and be able to multi-task.

• Must be able to stay at the hotel.
• Applicants must have experience with sheetrock repair, painting, plumbing, electrical work, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to handle emergencies and troubleshoot issues independently is essential.
• Must possess strong skills and abilities in various maintenance tasks, as the position requires minimal supervision.
• Reliability is crucial; the position may involve unpredictable hours, with the expectation of being available 99% of the time for emergencies or necessary repairs.
• Applicants should be capable of teaching others and managing tasks without constant assistance.
• Housekeeping tasks may be required, and their completion will be appreciated.
• Flexibility with working hours is needed, potentially more than one or two hours each day depending on workload.

• Maintenance: 1 year (not required but preferred).
• Customer service: 1 year (preferred).
• Landscaping: 1 year (preferred).
