We are looking for:

The Compounding Technician provides operational, mechanical, process, and maintenance support to the Alpharetta Compounding operation.
This position operates the equipment and maintains the work processes necessary to achieve the unit’s safety, quality, reliability, cost, and production goals.

We count on you to:

Executes compounding programs to support R&I, and Commercial material requests.
Operates compounding extruders and all auxiliary process equipment as required.
Observes compounding extrusion processes and makes necessary adjustments as needed.
Provides clear and accurate process documentation and submits samples for testing.
Ensures all compounding equipment is cleaned and maintained per SOPs.
Maintains a safe work environment for self and others.
Participates in all safety audits and attends required safety meetings & training.
Takes direction from and works closely with front line supervisor.
Proactively communicates with their Supervisor to ensure optimal work environment.
Performs other customary tasks and duties as required.
Overtime (over 40 hrs./work week) and/or alternate shift work may be required.
Occasional overnight travel may be required.

You will bring:

High School Diploma or GED required
Associate’s Degree or Technical Certificate/Diploma in related field preferred

The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $68,500 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
