Overview
RPO - Procure to Pay Senior Manager, Americas is a regional role focusing on overseeing direct and indirect invoice management, payment process management, disbursements, credit card administration, expense claim management, Concur administration, NA bank administration, and GRNI analysis. The position is responsible for the execution of all daily/weekly/monthly treasury, accounts payable and Travel and Expense activities: internal and external payments, borrowings, cash flow optimization, and bank platform automation, and managing factoring operations.
Scope- The Regional Process Owner (RPO), Procure to Pay (P2P) Senior Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end delivery and implementation of P2P shared service activities (in-house and outsourced to Service Provider) across all Business Units in scope in the Americas region (North America and LATAM) to ensure payments are made effectively and timely and accounting books are compliant. The Americas RPO P2P scope includes CHEP USA, CHEP International, CHEP Canada, CHEP LATAM, Brambles USA & Pallecon.
This senior manager will also oversee regional Procurement Operations. - Location:

Some international travel is required but minimal; active Passport is required - Key Responsibilities May Include:
- Lead and oversee P2P operations, including vendor onboarding, invoice processing, payments, and expense management, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and policies.
- Act as a subject matter expert for the Coupa Procure to Pay system, managing procurement operations, Concur T&E systems and supporting stakeholders in their usage.
- Collaborate with Global Process Owners (GPO), regional P2P teams, and BPO external service providers to ensure consistent execution of P2P processes and drive process improvements.
- Monitor and review P2P performance metrics, KPIs, and SLAs, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Lead efforts to automate and optimize manual processes, driving alignment and consistency across regions while ensuring compliance with global policies.
- Manage and develop the P2P team, providing leadership, guidance, and development opportunities to foster engagement and high performance.
- Provide support for cross-functional projects, representing the P2P function and driving improvements that impact procurement and finance operations.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, issue resolution, and alignment with business objectives.
The RPO P2P Sr. Manager will drive transformation initiatives, process standardization and change management for the Americas region (NAM and LATAM). Identify process and control gaps and ensure proper documentation of process improvements.
- Qualifications and/or Technical Skills
- A bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent
- 8 years Accounts Payables (P2P) experience
- 2 years managerial experience leading teams, preferably in multiple locations
- Previous experience in 3rd Party vendor performance management
- Demonstrated skills in driving change management process
- Project management
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead, motivate and provide direction to others
- Work and lead effectively in a multi-cultural, fast-paced environment
- Strategic thinking with continuous improvement mindset
- Knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge of Payments restrictions in complicated countries (like Argentina and Brazil)

Base Salary Range is 128,000 to 176,000usd annually
Salary ranges provided take into account a wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications, geographic differentials and other business and organizational needs. Therefore, actual amounts offered may be higher or lower than the range provided.
