Supervisory Responsibilities:

No direct reports but responsible for managing multiple consultants on various large projects.

Job Scope and Accountabilities:

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of implementing the Kahua product on medium-to-large projects. The proper candidate is proficient in project management, business process consulting, and has excellent communication and presentation skills. The proper candidate is capable of multi-tasking, managing multiple projects at the same time, managing a team of internal project team members, is customer-focused and has attention to detail.

The position is expected to collaborate with peers, partners and stakeholders, and to use independent judgment, problem solving, and analytical skills in identifying and assessing customer needs, and delivering positive outcomes.

This role is primarily focused on managing large implementation projects. The Senior Project Manager will assist with all software implementation activities including project planning, gathering customer requirements, development design documentation, system configuration, testing, training deliverable creation, end user training and other project management activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage multiple client implementation projects simultaneously
  • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
  • Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to align project goals with client expectations
  • Monitor project performance, timelines, and deliverables
  • Demonstrates strong experience in managing complex software implementations and business process redesign, supported by effective consulting and relationship building skills
  • Applies superior project management, multitasking, critical thinking, and sound judgment to independently research, analyze, and recommend solutions for complex needs and performance/process issues
  • Exhibits excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong orientation to customer service and a proven ability to work with diverse populations
  • Consistently demonstrates ability to function independently and as a team member, delivering quality outcomes while maintaining confidentiality
  • Manages multiple deadlines effectively, leveraging analytical skills and customer-focused approaches to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
Education & Professional

Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in software implementation
  • Experience with Kahua or other similar construction PMIS software implementations
