* Job Description:

**** Day to Day Responsibilities:
*** Manage medium to large N4 implementation projects that deliver results
* Determine and define project scope and objectives for TOS implementations
* Predict resource needs and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
* Prepare budget based on scope and resource requirements; track actuals against budget
* Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans
* Provide project status updates to internal and external stakeholders
* Coordinate project resource assignment and task execution across Kaleris teams
* Represent Kaleris in a professional manner
* Ensure alignment between project goals and company objectives, leading teams to deliver customer value
* Manage the change control process including creation, refinement and execution of Change Orders.
* Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle
* Ensure that project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry and organizational benchmarks
* Measure project performance to identify successes and areas for improvement
