Job Description:
The Program Manager is responsible to plan, execute, and finalize a development program according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role works collaboratively with project teams to determine critical milestones and deliverables on programs and communicate all aspects of the program effectively.
Education Required:- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Or, any combination of education and experience which would provide the required qualifications for the position.
Required:
- 10+ years' experience in Project or Program Management Software, IT or similar experience.
- 6+ years of experience in management role, preferably in program management.
- 6+ years' experience in continuous improvement, process management, or customer service.
- Knowledge of:
Exceptional knowledge and handling of project and program management methodology and techniques. Knowledge of enhancement of existing products; methodology application tactics in diverse scenarios; industry expertise in specific area of program to be managed; network and PC operating systems;
Strong knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures. - Skill in:
Strong leadership and management skills; project management, executive level communication, problem solving and analytical skills. - Ability to:
Lead various large and complex projects through its life cycle to completion; produce cost estimates and deployment plans; work in a fast-paced environment; stay organized, prioritize workload, multi-task, and meet deadlines. Establish and maintaining effective working relationships.
