Operations Manager/General Manager (Plumbing)
About the RoleOur client is seeking an Operations Manager/General Manager to oversee day-to-day service operations, focusing on workflow efficiency, cost control, and team coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on leader ready to take ownership of business operations and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily operations across service, dispatch, and customer service teams.
- Track operational KPIs, budgets, and job performance.
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and cost savings.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and local regulations.
