In this role, you will be at the forefront of customer advocacy, directly shaping account strategies that maximize solution value and drive revenue growth across a dedicated portfolio.

• Spearhead customer success strategy by facilitating business value conversations, reviews, and tailored adoption plans.
• Partner directly with key client stakeholders to build and execute comprehensive product utilization and rollout strategies.
• Proactively evaluate overall customer health, usage trends, and expansion goals to optimize retention and mitigate churn threats.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and product experts to champion the voice of the customer and inform product enhancements.

• 5+ years of Customer Success or account management experience, ideally within a SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of developing strategies that maximize technology solution value for assigned accounts.
• Strong active listening skills to identify root causes and deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Demonstrated executive presence with the ability to build strong relationships with decision-makers, executive sponsors, and end-users.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally while effectively representing the voice of the customer.

• Experience managing enterprise account portfolios within industrial technology, construction, or SaaS sectors.
• Familiarity with proactive account health metrics and customer success frameworks.
• Experience in the construction industry (e.g., Project Manager, Site Superintendent, Project Finance Manager, Estimator, or Project Engineer) is a plus.
• Broad understanding of the construction ecosystem, including general contracting, subcontracting, and real estate development sectors.
• Ability to leverage strong technical aptitude to master Document Crunch's product offerings, business model, and emerging technologies.

Atlanta/Alpharetta, GA. Travel Requirement: 20%
