Senior Vice President of Revenue Performance

Corporate - Revenue Management

As the Senior Vice President of Revenue Performance with HVMG, you'll lead the revenue management and distribution strategy across our nationwide portfolio of hotels - driving the performance that allows our teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences every day. You'll lead a team of regional, central, and on-property revenue strategy leaders, partner closely with peers across Sales and Digital Marketing as part of our Revenue Excellence leadership team, and work directly with brands, asset managers, and owners to demonstrate the value HVMG's revenue strategy creates.

If you're a strategic, relationship-driven leader who is comfortable working with data to guide decisions and loves developing high-performing teams, this role offers the opportunity to shape revenue performance across a growing, nationwide hotel portfolio - with a path to even broader executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee rooms revenue budgets, forecasting, pricing, demand analysis, yield management, market segmentation, mix optimization, and selling strategies to maximize revenue and profit.
  • Lead revenue management for new property openings and takeovers, including the full ramp-up process.
  • Lead and develop a team of regional, central, and on-property revenue managers to meet and exceed RevPAR and RevPAR index targets.
  • Monitor the development and attainment of revenue budgets, forecasts, and market share targets.
  • Champion revenue management innovation and a culture of revenue excellence, both internally and with external stakeholders (brands, owners, investors).
  • Serve as HVMG's key point of contact on all matters relating to revenue management.
  • Lead the development and execution of property-specific and portfolio-wide revenue strategies and performance goals.
  • Create and implement best practices, and support ownership and property reviews.
  • Drive talent development across the Revenue Excellence team.
  • Serve as subject matter expert on revenue management systems and related projects.
  • Act as liaison between the revenue management department and other departments on best practices, standards, and communication norms.
  • Lead the implementation of new revenue management tools and collaborate with internal stakeholders on brand revenue systems.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with general managers, sales leaders, and revenue-producing departments at every hotel.
  • Plan and manage strategic engagement with OTAs and other distribution channels to secure the most profitable terms and business mix.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Hotel Management, Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
  • 10+ years of progressive revenue management leadership experience, with proven success in a hotel or similar above-property role.
  • Revenue management expertise across major brands — including Hilton, Hyatt, and Marriott — as well as independent hotels.
What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to clearly and confidently communicate complex strategies to direct reports, peers, senior executives, and external stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working with data to draw conclusions and inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Experience with RMS, CRS, and PMS systems, and proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Ability to travel approximately 30-50%.
  • A warm, professional demeanor that reflects HVMG's Culture of Excellence.
