Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 salary+ performance-based bonuses

Are you a confident, relationship-driven leader passionate about early childhood education? We are seeking an experienced Director to lead a well-established early learning center in Alpharettaserving Infants throughGA Lottery Pre-K students.

• Base salary: $65,000 - $75,000

As the Director, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, lead and support staff,maintain licensing standards, drive enrollment growth, and create a positive, welcoming environment for children, families, and teachers.

This role offers a high levelof autonomy and decision-making authority within established organizational standards. We are looking for someone who is visible, proactive, organized, and confident in leading both people and operations.

• Lead daily school operations and ensure a safe, positive learning environment

• Supervise, coach, and support teaching and administrative staff

• Build strong relationships with families andmaintainhigh parent satisfaction

• Maintain compliance with Georgia licensing

• Support enrollment growth and community outreach initiatives

• Manage scheduling, staffing, and operational workflows

• Operate effectively within an established budget

• Partner with ownership and leadership on school goals and performance

• Maintain strong school culture and staff engagement

• Utilize childcare management software and administrative systems effectively

• 40 hoursof Director Credentials and a TCC orCDA

• or Associate's degree in education, Business, or related field

• Minimum3years of leadership experience in childcare, preschool, or early education setting

• Knowledge of Georgia licensing regulations

• Experience supervising teams of 10+ staff members

• Experience managing schools/programs with 75+ enrolled children

• Enrollment growth and marketing experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lead independently and take ownership of school operations

• Experience with standards and accreditation

• Experience with:
  Google Workspace,Brightwheel, Pro Care, etc.

• Knowledge of GA Lottery Pre-K program

• Confident and decisive
