Our client is hiring an Accounts Payable Supervisor in Alpharetta, GA. Our client is a global company with a Shared Services team that supports operations across multiple countries. This supervisor leads a team of 5 to 7 AP professionals and owns the full AP process across several legal entities and currencies. You’ll keep a high-volume operation running smoothly while also driving automation and process improvement projects.
It’s a hybrid role and a great next step for an AP leader who likes both managing people and fixing processes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the AP team, including workload balancing and training
- Oversee high-volume PO and non-PO invoice processing, payments, and vendor account management
- Manage AP across multiple countries and entities while partnering with Procurement, Treasury, Tax, and Finance
- Drive AP automation and workflow improvements and support month-end and year-end close
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive AP experience, including 3 to 5 years in a supervisory role
- Experience in a global Shared Services or Center of Excellence environment
