What You’ll Do

As the Production Supervisor, Apparel, you will oversee daily operations including embroidery, trimming, and quality control, ensuring production goals, safety standards, and quality benchmarks are consistently met. You will coordinate workflow, resolve production challenges, and maintain smooth operations through effective scheduling, team leadership, and adherence to SOPs.

Shift: 7:30am-4:30pm

Flexibility: Availability to work overtime and occasional weekends during peak production periods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee embroidery production, trimming, and quality control operations.
  • Coordinate schedules and assign tasks to optimize resources and meet deadlines.
  • Conduct quality control checks and enforce safety protocols.
  • Monitor output, defect rates, and downtime; take corrective action as needed.
  • Lead and develop team members through coaching, training, and performance feedback.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth order flow and timely delivery.
Position Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Production Management, or related field preferred.

Work Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years in production, embroidery, or textile manufacturing.
  • 2+ years in a supervisory or team lead role, preferably in a production setting.

Your Skills

  • Strong understanding of embroidery production and quality control.
  • Skilled in digitizing software, Brother GTX software, and Pace.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Excel).
  • Effective communicator with clear verbal and written skills.
  • Organized and detail oriented with strong time management.
  • Adaptive and analytical in solving production challenges.
