Position Description
Assist and support the production process by handling materials, following safety procedures, and maintaining a clean work environment.
Job TitleProduction Assistant
Roles Responsibilities- Assist in batch making and batch filling processes
- Dump powder bags into mixers/tanks as per instructions
- Perform floor cleaning and general housekeeping duties
- Pressure wash vessels and equipment
- Carry out painting work (walls, pipes, and other areas as assigned)
- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
- Support other production tasks as directed by the supervisor
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs (powder bags, hoses, equipment)
- Comfortable working around chemicals and powders (PPE provided)
- Must follow instructions accurately and work in a team environment
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
- Flexible to work in both indoor and outdoor environments
- Safety-conscious and dependable
