Electronics Technician, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
We are seeking a skilled electro/mechanical repair technician to support our Central Repair Depot. The repair technician position troubleshoots and repairs electronic & electro-mechanical assemblies of Lottery equipment.
Job Functions- Ability to troubleshoot and repair of electronic/electro-mechanical assemblies.
- Assist with the development of repair manuals and training programs.
- Ability to provide support to internal/external customers as it relates to repairs and training.
- Ability to document repairs in a database.
- Ability to document the diagnoses of the repair, troubleshoot and repair in accordance with CRO procedures.
- Ability to complete documentation in a timely fashion in accordance with CRO protocols.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience or training
- Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic principles
- Ability to read, interpret and execute assembly / test instructions
- Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office and Windows)
- Comp TIA A+ certifications a plus
- Ability to train and become certified in IPC-A-610 Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies
- Basic mechanical proficiency with safe use of hand tools
- Work under magnifiers within an ESD protected work area
- Must be able to lift and move at least 45 pounds
- Ability to communicate in verbal and written communication to peers and leadership
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to provide courteous and timely service to internal/external customers
Must have a high school diploma or equivalency.
Years of Related ExperienceMinimum 1 year of related work experience or training.
