What You Will Do
- Perform in-process and final inspections of custom switch gear and standard controls assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Support quality activities related to the launch of new projects, including first of kind inspections, process validations, and documentation reviews.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, non-conformances, and corrective actions by cataloging into a computer system.
- Support internal standard audits and ISO
9001 compliance efforts. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the assembly and launch areas.
- Experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in electrical or mechanical assembly.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
- Ability to perform repetitive operations.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Ability to follow standard work.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Experience with switch gear or electrical equipment assembly.
- Exposure to new product introduction (NPI) or project launch environments.
- Proficiency in using measurement tools (calipers, multimeters, etc.).
Monday - Thursday 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM with opportunity for overtime.

Pay Range$22.30 - $29.00
