Machine Operator

Sets up and operates a variety of automatic and semi‑automatic machines, including robotic assembly equipment, used in the production of the company’s products. Responsible for overall operation of large‑scale manufacturing machinery, performing tasks such as feeding materials for processing, adjusting settings, performing minor repairs, pulling finished product from the line, and inspecting operation results against predetermined tolerances. Works from process sheets or written or verbal instructions given by a supervisor to perform production tasks.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Demonstrates advanced proficiency in all areas of the function and specialized knowledge in some.

Must have a high school diploma or equivalency.

2 to 4 years of experience.

Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, use hands, operate a computer, and have specific vision abilities for close and distance vision. Must frequently lift or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. Use of approved personal protective equipment is mandatory if working in the field, production, or warehouse.
