About Under It All

Under It All  is an innovative manufacturing company transforming a category that has remained largely unchanged for decades.

Through custom fabrication, proprietary technology, and a relentless focus on customer experience, we create smarter solutions for designers, retailers, installers, and homeowners throughout North America.

We are not a large corporation. We are a growing company with ambitious plans, and we are looking for team members who want to grow alongside us.

This is not a traditional warehouse position.

This role combines precision fabrication, logistics, problem-solving, technology, and craftsmanship.

If you enjoy working with measurements, building things, solving problems, and taking pride in producing accurate work, we would love to meet you.

What You’ll Do
  • Read and interpret custom fabrication work orders
  • Measure, layout, cut, fold, package, and prepare custom products
  • Verify dimensions and quality before products leave the facility
  • Create shipping labels, Bills of Lading (BOLs), and freight documentation
  • Build and prepare palletized shipments
  • Coordinate with freight carriers and shipping companies
  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory
  • Maintain accurate production and inventory records
  • Assist with process improvements and workflow development
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What Makes Someone Successful Here
  • Strong math skills, including fractions, geometry, measurements, and basic algebra
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy
  • Ability to routinely lift 35-45lb boxes
  • Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and equipment
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Pride in producing quality work
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

This is a mission-critical position within our company.

Every product that leaves our facility represents our brand, our reputation, and our commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

As Under It All  expands and opens additional fabrication facilities and key warehousing centers across the country, this position is expected to grow significantly in both responsibility and leadership.

The people helping us build the company today will have the greatest opportunity to help lead it tomorrow.

Education & Experience

We believe talent comes from many different places.

A high school diploma or GED is absolutely welcome.

College degrees, technical certifications, and manufacturing experience are valuable, but they are not required.

What matters most is:

  • Reliability
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • A willingness to learn

Some of our most successful team members started with little or no industry experience and developed specialized skills through training, hard work, and commitment.

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

  • Upholstery
  • Flooring
  • Cabinetry
  • Sign Manufacturing
  • Warehouse operations
  • Shipping & Logistics
  • Construction
  • Custom Production Environments

If you've worked in a hands-on profession and enjoy precision, craftsmanship, and problem-solving, your experience may be more relevant than you think.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re not simply looking for someone to fill a position.

We’re looking for someone who wants to build a career, learn advanced manufacturing technologies, and join a growing company with national ambitions.

If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and excited by the idea of helping build something meaningful, we’d love to hear from you.
