Asegurar la calidad de los materiales enviados a los clientes a través del control de las variables de producto final, inspección fisica de órdenes e intereacción con la operación para asegurar el cumplimiento de los planes de control y la escalación respectiva ante desviaciones encontradas.
Liberación/Inspección de pedidos de cliente
- Ensayo de release a material siliconado Diaria
- Ensayo de calibre a material siliconado Diaria
- Liberación de etiquetas para etiquetado de producto terminado Diaria
- Emisión de certificados de calidad con datos de ensayos de laboratorio Diaria
- Aprobación de calidad a material terminado Diaria
- Revisión fisica a pedidos terminados (pallet, etiqueta y reporte de producción vs consumos) Diaria
- Manejo y registro de información de ensayos a material siliconado en el sistema LN Semanal
Soporte a procesos de planta
- Liberación de primer corte en máquinas cortadoras Diaria
- Liberación de arrancada parada en máquinas siliconadoras Diaria
- Liberación de impresión en máquina flexográfica Diaria
- Auditorias de plan de control Mensual
