Maintenance Technician

We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician to support the operation and reliability of SMT and EMS manufacturing equipment
. You’ll help keep production running by carrying out preventative maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues and supporting continuous improvement.

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and sensor issues
  .
• Support SMT equipment, conveyors, reflow ovens and automation
  .
• Assist with machine setup, changeovers and production start-up
  .
• Replace components and support equipment repairs.
• Help identify root causes and reduce downtime
  .
• Maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Follow 5S, safety and LOTO procedures.
• Work closely with Production and Engineering teams
  .

• 0–2 years' manufacturing, maintenance, automation or technical experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using hand tools and basic measuring equipment
  .
• Basic understanding of electrical/mechanical systems.
• Exposure to PLC-controlled equipment is a plus.
• SMT/electronics manufacturing experience is preferred but not essential
  .
• Technical qualification or engineering background is advantageous.

A hands-on electronics manufacturing environment working around automated equipment, conveyors and SMT machinery. Some overtime or weekend support may be required depending on production needs.
