Pay rate: $18/hour
Hours:
Monday–Thursday, 10-hour shifts, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM. Fridays as-needed overtime. Contract to hire
We're looking for a detail-oriented Industrial Painter/Finisher to prep, repair, and paint aluminum material to a strict quality spec. This isn't just spray-and-go you'll inspect material for flaws, repair them, and maintain a precise paint thickness tolerance, so it's a great fit for someone who takes pride in getting the finish exactly right.
What You'll Do- Prep and sand aluminum material for paint
- Identify flaws in material before painting and repair them (scratches, dents, etc.)
- Paint consistently to maintain a 3 mil or less paint thickness spec
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and equipment
- Move between work cells as needed
- Use hand tools (screwdriver, wrenches, measuring tape, hammer, orbital sander)
- Log and track work using our computer-based process system
- High attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new things and take instruction well
- Comfort using a computer for daily process tracking
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for most/all of the shift
- Reliable, on-time attendance and a strong safety mindset
