Your mission

Produce, assemble, and fine-tune electromechanical traction components to exact specifications. Operate production equipment safely, perform precision measurements, and validate finished units to meet tolerances and customer order requirements.

How youb9ll tackle the day Start by reviewing work orders, blueprints, and schematics to map your build.

Assemble, position, and secure components with the right tools for the job.

Measure and verify tolerances using precision instruments such as calipers.

Drill, tap, and prepare bolt holes as required.

Align components with fixtures or templates; complete final inspection and adjustments to spec.

Additional duties may be assigned to support evolving business priorities beyond the responsibilities outlined here.

Schedule details

Primary shift: 5:00:30am. Training period: approximately 2months on first shift (6:30:00pm).What you bring

High school diploma or equivalent.

Deep experience in electromechanical assembly.

Strong wiring knowledge and hands-on practice.

Direct assembly experience reading and applying schematic drawings.

Effective English communication (reading, writing, speaking).Collaborative approach and team orientation.

Capacity to learn quickly and execute with precision.

Physical realities of the jobLift up to 35 pounds.

Stand, kneel, climb, and operate in tight/confined spaces for long periods.
