Community Lead

The Community Lead is responsible for fostering a strong sense of community within the studio. Reporting directly to the GM, the Community Lead will actively pursue strategies requiring a combination of leadership, networking, and hands‑on engagement. The Community Lead plays a crucial role in local marketing initiatives to promote JETSET Alpharetta throughout the community.

• Community Development & Brand Awareness
• Facilitate and implement strategies for increasing brand awareness and development
• Support local marketing initiatives to attract new clients
• Elevate the studio's presence in the Alpharetta community
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and community organizations

• Time frames designated for table setups, such as:
• Local vendor appreciation events
• Table setups at coffee shops
• Day spas
• Local eateries
• Apartment complexes
• Colleges
• Other high‑traffic areas

• Events on a designated date and time, such as:
• Local 5K races
• Farmers markets
• Street fairs and festivals
• Workshops and demonstrations
• JETSET on the Mat

• Local marketing provides five major benefits:
• 1. Controllable quality and quantity of leads
• 2. Relationship building
• 3. Brand reputation enhancement

• 5. Increased micro‑site traffic

• Partnerships allow for a group of potential leads on a recurring basis outside of standalone events. The partner should always be communicating offers and exclusive benefits to their employees, residents, or clients.
