We are seeking an experienced full time Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team in our Alpharetta location.

Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical exams
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
  • Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests
  • Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations
  • Provide preventive care, including routine check-ups, immunizations, and screenings
  • Educate patients and families on disease management, lifestyle changes, and wellness
  • Manage chronic conditions
  • Collaborate with physicians and other Providers for coordinated care
  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
  • Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and regulatory standards
Qualifications
  • Family Nurse Practitioner licensing required from an accredited

    FNP program
  • Minimum of 2 years prior experience as a physician assistant
  • Prior work experience in Primary Care or Family Practice
  • Ability to build rapport with patients
  • Strong communication
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
