We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to oversee daily nursing operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and manage nursing staff within the healthcare facility. The role involves staff supervision, scheduling, training, compliance with healthcare regulations, and continuous improvement of patient care standards.

• Manage and supervise nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Develop staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts
• Monitor patient care quality and implement improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and healthcare regulations
• Coordinate with physicians, department heads, and other healthcare professionals
• Manage department budgets, supplies, and resource allocation
• Handle patient concerns and resolve escalated issues
• Maintain accurate medical and operational records

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN);
  Master's preferred
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 5+ years of clinical nursing experience
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient care standards
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
