We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to provide per diem, per visit state-required compliance visits in Atlanta, GA
. This role is ideal for nurses seeking flexible work.

• Start of Care (SOC): $80 per visit
• Subsequent Visit -$60 per visi
• Recertification Visit: $60 per visit

• Per diem / per visit compensation

• Independent work with administrative support Responsibilities
  • Conduct state required Start of Care and recertification visits
  • Complete required assessments and compliance documentation
  • EMR charting
  • Ensure all visits meet state regulatory requirements
  • Educate clients on program expectations as applicable
  • Submit accurate and timely documentation per agency guidelines
  • Communicate findings or concerns to the administrative team
  Qualifications
  • Active Georgia RN license in good standing
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with compliance or regulatory visits preferred
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Ability to work independently and manage visit schedules
