LOCUMS- Primary Care NP- WOUND CARE

A respected healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a background in Wound Care to provide services in skilled nursing facilities throughout the northern Atlanta suburbs. This is a flexible, ongoing opportunity ideal for an advanced practitioner who enjoys autonomy and continuity of care.

• Setting:
  Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs)
• Schedule:
  
  1–2 days per week, ongoing coverage
• Patient Volume:
  Approximately 5–6 onsite patients per day; total caseload of about 300 patients across assigned facilities
• Flexibility:
  Ability to provide care during after-hours or weekends if desired
• Responsibilities:
  Perform comprehensive wound assessments, develop and manage treatment plans, and collaborate with facility staff to optimize patient outcomes

• Active Georgia NP or PA license
• Experience in Wound Care required
• Skilled nursing facility experience preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
