LocationsCorrect Health currently has an exciting full-time opportunity to join our growing team as a Clinical Services (LPN) in the state of Georgia. This is a full‑time position based in Georgia with some travel to clinical facilities throughout the state. Position may include daily travel and flexibility to adjust schedule according to staffing needs.
Job SummaryThe Clinical Support LPN is responsible for providing staffing coverage as needed to multiple CH facilities throughout Georgia and surrounding states. The Clinical Support LPN also supports the Clinical Services Department through activities involving staff education, site accreditation, program & site continuous quality improvement, site transition, and other areas within the Clinical Services Department as needed. Duties are operationally directed with an emphasis on appropriate resource utilization and performance standards as established by NCCHC, ACA, and other accrediting bodies.
Provides staffing coverage as needed. This position is a travel‑based position that will fill in at our various facilities within their designated territory.
- Graduate from a national or state approved school of nursing.
- Holds and maintains a current license to practice as an LPN in the state of employment.
- American Heart Association BLS certification.
- 3‑5 years LPN experience required, with at least 1 year of correctional experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of the NCCHC, ACA, and state standards of health care in the correctional environment required.
- Strong communication, training, and leadership skills.
