The Lancaster & Morecambe Older Adults Community Mental Health Team (CMHT OA) are recruiting a Band 5 Community Mental Health Nurse on a 22.5 hour part-time basis. The post is based at DeVitre House in Lancaster and covers the Lancaster & Morecambe district, operating Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00.
We seek an RMN with compassion, excellent communication, reliability and teamwork, capable of delivering person-centred care in patients’ homes and community settings while supporting MDT colleagues
