Soleo Health is seeking a Full-time Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in Alpharetta, GA and surrounding areas. You will collaborate with pharmacists, prescribers, and care partners to deliver safe home infusion services and coordinate patient care with the team.
Ideal candidates will have RN licensure, BSN preferred, and experience in infusion therapy, ICU, or cardiac care, with on-call availability and strong Microsoft Office skills.
