Overview

Reporting to the Associate Director, Quality Assurance, the Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for ensuring that gaming products meet established standards for quality, including design integrity, performance, and functionality. This role is full-time and based on-site at the Alpharetta, GA office.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain quality assurance documentation in accordance with defined processes and standards
  • Interpret and apply QA methodologies to support product quality objectives
  • Develop, execute, and refine test plans and procedures to identify, track, and report defects
  • Plan, coordinate, and perform testing activities to ensure products meet required quality benchmarks
  • Document test results, internal reviews, and other QA activities with accuracy and completeness
  • Produce clear and concise reports to communicate testing outcomes and quality metrics
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with internal quality standards and applicable regulatory requirements
  • Support additional QA initiatives and responsibilities as required
  • All other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience
  • Exposure to or experience in game testing, preferably within the gaming or slot industry
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive approach
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining a high standard of work
  • Working knowledge of Agile software development methodologies
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Media Encoder, After Effects), Windows and Linux environments, JIRA, and Tortoise SVN
