Partners Personnel is hiring QC Associates for a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment. This position is responsible for inspecting products and verifying order accuracy to ensure all items meet quality standards before shipment. We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in accuracy and helping deliver a high-quality customer experience.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18.50/hr.
Job Description:
* Inspect products and orders for quality, accuracy, and compliance with company standards
* Verify quantities, item numbers, and packaging prior to shipment
* Identify and report defects, damages, shortages, or discrepancies
* Conduct quality checks throughout the production and fulfillment process
* Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation
* Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts as needed
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
* Follow all company safety procedures and quality control guidelines
Qualifications:
* Previous quality control, warehouse, inventory, or order verification experience preferred
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
* Ability to identify discrepancies and follow quality standards
* Basic computer and data entry skills preferred
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Team-oriented with a positive attitude and dependable work ethic
