Quality Transformation Lead – SaaS & AI Systems

The Quality Transformation Lead will modernize and scale quality practices across SaaS, AI-driven, and enterprise platforms. This role focuses on process maturity, quality governance, and automation adoption, ensuring faster releases without compromising stability.

• Drive quality transformation initiatives across multiple products
• Define quality maturity models, standards, and best practices
• Transition teams from manual-centric to automation-assisted testing
• Establish test strategies for UI, API, data, and AI components
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Dev Ops leaders
• Implement shift-left and continuous testing practices
• Monitor quality KPIs and executive dashboards
• Lead defect prevention and root-cause analysis
• Coach QA leaders and senior engineers

• 12+ years in Software Quality / Testing / QE
• Strong expertise in manual testing fundamentals
• Working knowledge of automation frameworks and CI/CD
• Hands-on experience with API and integration testing
• Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum / SAFe
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders

• Experience with AI/ML or data-driven systems
• Exposure to cloud-native SaaS platforms
• Knowledge of performance, security, and reliability testing
• Certifications:
  
  SAFe / CSPO / ISTQB
