Quality Coordinator - PPAP & Gauging

** Requires hands-on PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) experience. Candidates without PPAP experience will not be considered. **

We are seeking a Quality Coordinator with strong PPAP and gauging experience to support our Quality Department.

The Quality Coordinator is responsible for supporting product quality, documentation, and compliance activities across production. This role focuses heavily on PPAP preparation
, gauge development
, and inspection support
, ensuring products meet customer and internal specifications. You will work closely with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to maintain accuracy, consistency, and reliability throughout the manufacturing process.

• Prepare, complete, and submit PPAP documentation for customer approval.
• Develop and maintain gauging
  , fixtures, jigs, and test methodologies based on product requirements.
• Perform dimensional verification using micrometers, calipers, indicators, and other precision tools.
• Support incoming, in-process, and final inspections to ensure product conformance.
• Record, classify, and summarize inspection data for quality files and customer reports.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
• Maintain calibration records and assist with gauge reliability checks.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

• Hands-on PPAP experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of precision measurement tools and gauging.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Experience with inspection documentation, quality reports, or customer-facing submissions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

10 hours weekly of overtime paid at time and a half.
