SVN | Second Story Real Estate Management is seeking a driven, early-career commercial real estate professional to join our Atlanta brokerage team as a Junior Associate Advisor. This position is designed for someone who is beginning their commercial real estate career and is eager to learn by working directly with our top-producing Senior Brokerage Director.

In This Role, You Will
  • Have day‑to‑day mentorship from our Senior Brokerage Director
  • Build foundational commercial real estate skills
  • Support active transactions and client engagements
  • Assist with business development and administrative tasks
  • Grow into a full‑producing Advisor with your own book of business

About

The Role Training, Learning & Skill Development
  • Work one‑on‑one with a Senior Brokerage Director to learn industry fundamentals
  • Participate in structured training, company‑wide programs, and national SVN learning platforms
  • Learn core brokerage competencies: prospecting, underwriting, market research, client service, and transaction management
Transaction Support & Administrative Responsibilities
  • Assist with preparing offering memorandums, proposals, and listing materials
  • Support due diligence, coordination with property owners, and deal documentation
  • Manage CRM entry, pipeline tracking, and marketing coordination
  • Conduct market research, demographic studies, and property data verification
Sales & Business Development Activities
  • Support outbound prospecting efforts
  • Assist in nurturing leads, building relationships, and preparing pitch materials
  • Gradually take on your own prospecting and pipeline as skills develop
Who You Are

Requirements
  • Active Georgia Real Estate License
  • Preferred experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail, GSuite)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Compensation & Benefits

Commission Only (1099 Independent Contractor)

Pay Range: $50,000 – $200,000+ per year (based on production)
