This is a full-time on-site role for a Kitchen Manager located in Alpharetta, GA. The Kitchen Manager will lead and oversee all kitchen operations, including staff management, food preparation, inventory control, and maintaining food quality standards. Responsibilities include ensuring proper safety and sanitation practices, developing menu offerings, managing kitchen personnel, and collaborating with management to create an efficient, customer-focused environment.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking techniques
- Familiarity with Food & Beverage operations and Food Quality standards
- Experience with Culinary Management, including managing staff and kitchen operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Previous experience in a kitchen management role is preferred
- Culinary certification or equivalent experience is a plus
