This is a full-time, on-site Barista role at Boarding Pass Coffee Company, located in Alpharetta, GA. The Barista will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee beverages, operating equipment, and maintaining cleanliness in the workspace. Interaction with customers will be a key aspect of the role, ensuring excellent customer service by taking orders, providing product recommendations, and creating a welcoming environment. Additional responsibilities include assisting with food preparation, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and contributing to the overall smooth operation of the café.

• Proficiency in Barista skills, including coffee preparation and operating coffee equipment
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to maintain positive interactions with customers
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate clear and professional engagement with team members and customers
• Basic food preparation skills to support the café and ensure quality offerings
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Previous barista or food service experience is a plus
