Key Responsibilities (based on assigned area)

Customer Experience

* Warmly greet and engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere

* Take and process orders with accuracy and efficiency-whether in the dining room, drive-thru, or mobile ordering

* Anticipate guest needs and provide prompt, friendly service

* Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest areas throughout the shift

Food Preparation & Safety

* Prepare and assemble menu items according to Chick-fil-A's high standards

* Ensure food safety and cleanliness practices are followed at all times

* Monitor the quality and freshness of ingredients to meet brand expectations

Team Contribution & Communication

* Work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations

* Maintain open and respectful communication with leadership and coworkers
