Lead visual merchandising and display; partner with GM/DVM to map and execute floorset timeline targets;
Lead daily disciplines for markdowns, promotions/signage, replenishment;
Collaborates with GM and DVM on adaptations from directives to account for store ownership, layout or customer;
Analyze reporting to identify opportunities to improve profitability and drive results;
Communicate inventory needs to DM and distribution in partnership with GM to increase sell-through and maximize margin
