The Sales Lead will embody the Pandora brand, fully immersing in the culture and products, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting Managers and Sales Associates in-store.

• At least 2 years of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Results‑oriented seller with a strong sense of care in both written and verbal communication.
• Ability to charm and captivate audiences at all organizational levels.
• Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking, capable of delivering positive results.
• Mastery of time management with the ability to set priorities and delegate tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail POS systems.
• Minimum age 18 with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays, with standing for extended periods and ability to lift 50+ pounds.

Salary: $14.35 per hour – $17.95 per hour commensurate with experience.
