Job Overview

Store 00607, Alpharetta, GA 30022 – Regular/Part‑time position. Open availability of 15 to 20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Deliver an exceptional, meaningful customer service experience that promotes the product and builds brand relationships.
• Assist the management team in building store business and support all service enhancers.
• Serve multiple customers simultaneously, multitask, and handle projects concurrently.
• Stay current with fashion trends and product knowledge to offer styling and outfit suggestions.
• Participate in learning opportunities, accept direction, coaching, and feedback to maximize individual performance.
• Achieve sales and service metrics in key measurable areas such as clienteling, outreach, appointment setting, and Talbots Classic Awards.
• Complete operational assignments including filling orders, replenishment, and recovery.

• Demonstrated selling competence and styling expertise with a passion for fashion.
• Strong ambition and goal‑oriented mindset, thriving in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and high level of integrity.
• Technological competency to navigate computer/iPad/handheld systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a diverse workplace.
• Physical stamina: comfortable climbing ladders, moving regularly, standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, and lifting or moving at least 40 lbs.
• Open availability of 15 to 20 hours per week with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
